Northeast Iowa Housing Summit

UERPC and the Northeast Iowa Business Network hosted the Northeast Iowa Housing Summit for economic development, construction, housing finance, real estate and local government professionals on Wednesday, March 24th, 2021. Two virtual sessions were offered.

Participants learned about programs and initiatives from Iowa Finance Authority Staff and the UERPC housing department. Special guest Rick Hunsaker from Region 12 Council of Governments joined the evening session to share how his organization has leveraged local resources and statewide programs to create affordable housing opportunities in rural west-central Iowa.

• Homes for Iowa program (NEW!)

• Housing for veterans
